For financing of its activities in the DRC, Fometro addresses itself in the first place to institutional donors like the official Belgian Development Agencies (DGCD, BTC), the European Union, the World Bank and the Global Fund.

In order to sustain its interventions and to render them still more effective, Fometro appeals to the general public generosity as well, by means of:

Fometro is allowed to book legacies. If you feel like leaving Fometro a legacy, please ask your legal counsel for advice.

Fometro is member of the Belgian “Board for Ethics in Fundraising”, of which it fully endorses the deontological code. Thereby Fometro is committing itself to using all means gathered by fundraising in accordance with its social goal, to keeping its donators regularly informed, and to allowing them free access to its accountancy. In its messages Fometro watches human dignity and truthfulness of all information given.
